Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to most countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
15-20 days Shipping time varies by location.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”. What should I do?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day No-Hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back to our warehouse ( Address: 30 N. Gould St. Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ) or other warehouses ( please contact our customer support for the address ) and we'll refund your money accordingly.
Cancellation on Orders
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hour upon confirmation of order at email@example.com.
Modifications on Orders
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 12 hours of purchases and before orders are fulfilled.
